Horgen Glarus is Switzerland's oldest furniture company, and in recent years their chairs have achieved cult status as design classics.
These are model 293, a rare model designed by Max Ernst Haefeli with Ernst Kader-Vögeli in 1926, and these specific chairs are from the 1950s or earlier.
These chairs show signs of a life well lived - they are all in vintage condition with marks consistent with use and age - one is in good condition, with very minor wear to the cane visible only on close inspection. The other two are also structurally in good condition, but show significant wear to the cane weave at the front (though you can still sit on them) and will likely need to be repaired.
Only one chair has the Horgen Glarus label (the one in good condition without repairs), but all are identical.
We have the following options available:
Very good vintage condition, but needs to be tightened (1x)
Structually stable, with damage to cane (2x)
To purchase all 3, select each option from the drop-down once, and add to your shopping cart individually. In the shopping cart, you will be able to select a quanity of 2 for the ones with damaged cane.
